A seasons total bet on an NFL team can be a fantastic football wager to make. It allows you to capitalize off any insight or original thoughts you may have developed over the offseason. And it's a bet that packs a ton of mileage into one singular wager, as you will be invested in a team's performance for the whole season, or at least until the bet is settled. It's also a very simple bet, with the bookie putting up a number of wins for all teams and you just pick "over" or "under." So how many games do you think your favorite, or even most-hated, teams will win this season? We listed all the season total wins for all teams below with our predictions. Take a look!
Arizona Cardinals 2016-17 NFL Regular Season Wins

Analysis and Pick: The cat is out of the bag with the Cardinals, who are no longer an up-and-coming team that is off most people's radars. After a 13-win season and a spot in the conference title game, they won't sneak up on anybody. A lot of stars lined up nicely last year and a drop-off could be in the cards, but a 4-win drop-off? I don't see it. Pick: Over.
Atlanta Falcons 2016-17 NFL Regular Season Wins

Analysis and Pick: One of last season's more schizophrenic teams, the Falcons showed improvement in an 8-win campaign, despite a bad tail-off in the second half of the season. This is one that could go any number of ways, but my guess is that they're not quite there yet. Pick: Under.
Baltimore Ravens 2016-17 NFL Regular Season Wins

Analysis and Pick: Almost everything that could go wrong did last year for the snake-bitten Ravens. With a little better luck and some expected help in the draft and free agency, there should be more to get excited about in Baltimore this upcoming season, with a shot at the postseason a distinct possibility. I'm going for a bounce-back season with the Ravens. Pick: Over.
Buffalo Bills 2016-17 NFL Regular Season Wins

Analysis and Pick: Buffalo was one of those teams last season that seemed close, going 8-8 and showing a lot of potential, while also showing why they were not quite ready for prime-time. Their moves in free agency and the draft were underrated and the Bills might be tougher than some are forecasting. Pick: Over.
Carolina Panthers 2016-17 NFL Regular Season Wins

Analysis and Pick: This could go one of two ways. They could step back a bit following a season where everything went right—at least up until the end. Or they could be even edgier in an effort to get back to the big game after a bitter Super Bowl loss. They lost a couple key pieces, but still, for a 15-win team, I'm not sure they lost enough to warrant going under the 10.5-game total. Pick: Over.
Chicago Bears 2016-17 NFL Regular Season Wins

Analysis and Pick: Every season, there is always a sound case to be made for why the Bears should be good. It didn't quite manifest last season in a 6-win campaign. A lot of problem areas were addressed in the offseason and even though they lost longtime contributor Matt Forte, a boost could be in the cards. But to forecast a .500 season seems like at least a small reach. Pick: Under.
Cincinnati Bengals 2016-17 NFL Regular Season Wins

Analysis and Pick: By now, the Bengals are a perennial postseason presence in the AFC, failing to win in the playoffs for a fifth straight year, though QB Andy Dalton was out. They made some moves that could boost their aerial attack and they should once again be a good and underrated running offense. Ten wins or more seems highly feasible. Trying to time the Cincy downturn has been a costly game to play in the past few years. Pick: Over.

Cleveland Browns 2016-17 NFL Regular Season Wins

Analysis and Pick: It's hard not to be pessimistic about Cleveland's overall profile at this point. They won three games last season, with ample problems across all areas of the team. Look for new coach Hue Jackson to clean up some areas and forge an attitude change. And there may be some difference-makers coming in from free agency and the draft. This is one of the toughest ones on the board, but 5-11 seems like an almost best-case scenario. Pick: Under.
Dallas Cowboys 2016-17 NFL Regular Season Wins

Pick and Analysis: Going over on Dallas is usually one of the lower-value picks on the entire board, especially for a 4-win team from last season that would need to win ten games to go over this season. The additions of Alfred Morris and rookie Ezekiel Elliott could signal a return to a strong running team. But if the injury-prone Tony Romo goes down again, they will again be without a viable option. Without ruling out the possibility that the Cowboys will be strong this season, a 6-game jump seems unlikely. Pick: Under.
Denver Broncos 2016-17 NFL Regular Season Wins

Pick and Analysis: Who knows? They lost a lot of guys on both sides of the ball and will be going with either Mark Sanchez or rookie Paxton Lynch—neither of whom inspires much confidence at this point. And that "D" will need to recover from a lot of personnel losses. This is almost a case of betting into the dark, as the Broncos could take on any number of different forms this season. I'm thinking it might not be that great of a season for the Broncos. Pick: Under.
Detroit Lions 2016-17 NFL Regular Season Wins

Analysis and Pick: Winning 6 of their last 8 games saved Jim Caldwell's job, while making Detroit an interesting darkhorse in the NFC North heading into the 2016 season. Losing longtime standout Calvin Johnson won't help, but moves in the free agent market and draft look positive on the surface. A .500 mark doesn't seem to be that far of a reach. Pick: Over.
Green Bay Packers 2016-17 NFL Regular Season Wins

Pick and Analysis: Having Jordy Nelson back in the fold along with a fitter Eddie Lacy should give the Packers a little boost. They won ten games last season after starting 6-0, so they weren't really heading in the right direction by season's end, though they won a playoff game and took the Cardinals to OT in their season-ending playoff loss. Offseason moves were thin and in a conference that is gaining a little steam, the Pack might struggle to get 11 wins. Pick: Under.
Houston Texans 2016-17 NFL Regular Season Wins

Pick and Analysis: Last season, a 2-5 start gave way to a big 9-7 record and a postseason berth for the upstart Texans. With some nice acquisitions made in the draft and free agency, the Texans could have even more bite this upcoming season. It's hard to identify exactly how they turned things around, which makes them more dangerous in a bizarre way. Nine wins seems like a reasonable amount of success to expect from this team. Pick: Over.
Indianapolis Colts 2016-17 NFL Regular Season Wins

Analysis and Pick: Perhaps overvalued for the past few years, Indy may be entering this upcoming season a bit more under-the-radar. They still managed an 8-8 season with nearly everything going wrong. With Andrew Luck back in the fold, the Colts should be far more formidable. That defense is a bit wonky and always an issue, but plays better when the offense gets clicking, which it should in 2016. Pick: Over.
Jacksonville Jaguars 2016-17 NFL Regular Season Wins

Analysis and Pick: They won 5 games last year, at times looking like an up-and-coming team. Their total for this season reflects the growing expectations. And perhaps no team was as productive in free agency and the draft. But to anticipate success from this team is just hard to do from a guttural standpoint and they didn't look all that close to breaking through last season at points. They might this season, but could still be a year away. Tough one. Pick: Under.
Kansas City Chiefs 2016-17 NFL Regular Season Wins

Pick and Analysis: The Chiefs are one of those NFL teams where it's not terribly easy to describe their recent success, with a 31-17 record over the past three seasons. But they just might be the division frontrunner in the AFC West and should again be able to rack up some wins. They were pretty stagnant in the offseason in terms of personnel moves, but they should win at least ten games this upcoming season. Pick: Over.
Los Angeles Rams 2016-17 NFL Regular Season Wins

Analysis and Pick: The Rams return to their old stomping ground in LA, which coincides with a team that looks to be on the rise. Then again, it looked like that the past several years and taking "over" in this bet with the Rams has been a losing wager of late. If top pick QB Jared Goff pans out, that would be a huge boost, but this is a team that is rising across a lot of different levels and should crack the .500 barrier this season. Pick: Over.
Miami Dolphins 2016-17 NFL Regular Season Wins

Pick and Analysis: There are always a few teams like the Dolphins where it's downright difficult to pinpoint what they'll look like the following season. They were supposed to be improved last season, but ended up with a deflating 6-win campaign. Improvements were made on the line of scrimmage and things could get better under the stewardship of new coach Adam Gase. But in a division with three other good teams, the 'Fins could again find themselves at the bottom of the pile. Pick: Under.
Minnesota Vikings 2016-17 NFL Regular Season Wins

Analysis and Pick: Last season, they served notice that they are a contender, despite a lack of big-play ability on offense. They're one of those teams that does most things well, while not doing anything great enough to warrant much attention. And that equals good value for the bettor. The schedule will be a little tougher and they didn't fare that well against their better opponents last season. I see things being a little harder for the Vikes this season. Pick: Under.

Analysis and Pick: It's been 6 seasons in a row now where the Pats have won at least 12 games. But as of this writing, Tom Brady enters camp with a 4-game suspension looming over his head. If he fails to get reinstated for a second straight season, that could put a big crimp into their regular season win total. Still, they made a lot of good moves in the offseason and should still be near the top of the conference. But with a tough schedule and Brady's status unclear, under might be the right move. Pick: Under.
New Orleans Saints 2016-17 NFL Regular Season Wins

Analysis and Pick: It hasn't been smooth-sailing for a Saints team that has gone 7-9 three times in the last four seasons. And though they didn't dazzle in free agency or the draft, there are enough pieces in place to remain optimistic. After re-upping for a big deal in the offseason, coach Sean Payton should be able to get this bunch to .500, if not a little better. Pick: Over.

Pick and Analysis: Offensive coordinator Ben McAdoo now takes over as head coach, where his handiwork on offense should continue to have the Giants putting up points. They still have questions in the running game and on defense, but some interesting pieces were added in the offseason and a fresh approach could have the Giants looking pretty good in 2016. Analysis and Pick: Under first-year head coach Todd Bowles and a retread QB like Ryan Fitzpatrick, the Jets managed ten wins last season. They have yet to sign Fitzpatrick, but added a nice weapon in Matt Forte along with T Ryan Clady, in addition to some decent pieces in the draft. They're one of those teams where it's hard to identify exactly how they won ten games last season, but I don't think it was a mirage. Pick: Over.
Oakland Raiders 2016-17 NFL Regular Season Wins

Pick and Analysis: Last year was important in the development of Oakland if they are in fact on the way up, which seems entirely possible with an abundance of young talent and solid work in the draft and free agency over the past few seasons. Carr, Cooper, and others look to keep the ball rolling in 2016. Call us crazy, but the Raiders just might find themselves in the postseason. Pick: Over.
Philadelphia Eagles 2016-17 NFL Regular Season Wins

Pick and Analysis: A new coach and revamped approach might get Philly on the right track. At the same time, it's hard to do what they did the last few seasons and without having to pay the price, with all the ill-fated personnel moves and an overall vibe of negativity throughout the organization. Look for positive signs, but the Eagles may need more time to get it together. Pick: Under.
Pittsburgh Steelers 2016-17 NFL Regular Season Wins

Analysis and Pick: They won ten games last season with Ben Roethlisberger missing a lot of time and with Le'Veon Bell almost out for the whole season. They look to be a real contender heading into this season. But the problem is that nearly everyone is thinking that way! And when everyone is aboard, it has a way of sucking the value right out of the bet. They are rather vulnerable in the event that they don't stay healthy at important positions. But 11 wins seems highly doable, despite everyone being in agreement. Pick: Over.
San Diego Chargers 2016-17 NFL Regular Season Wins

Analysis and Pick: The Chargers are always one of those teams where any number of outcomes are possible. As it is, there are still major issues across the board at every spot but quarterback. The O-line is always scrambling to keep it together, which makes the running game suffer. And the defense seems to under-achieve and they simply don't have the guns. But the draft was highly productive, with some key additions made in free agency. We'll have to see. Pick: Under.
San Francisco 49ers 2016-17 NFL Regular Season Wins

Analysis and Pick: Talk about a fall from grace. The one-time NFC West power is now trying to find a new direction with their third coach in as many seasons with Chip Kelly, who did have some nice initial success with the Eagles before the wheels came off. I think Kelly and the Niners have both gone from overrated to underrated in similar fashions. I see 6 wins from this bunch being a distinct possibility. Pick: Over.
Seattle Seahawks 2016-17 NFL Regular Season Wins

Analysis and Pick: They had to pull out a lot of stops to get to ten wins last season. The Seahawks are certainly still a legit contender, though their dominant period may be winding down a bit. There are still a lot of issues on both lines of scrimmage, with a dearth of playmaking offensive talent, even if Lynch returns to the fold. While shoveling dirt on Seattle at this point could be a miscalculation and their offense seemed to find some answers lste, but they do not immediately come across as an 11-win team. Pick: Under.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers 2016-17 NFL Regular Season Wins

Pick and Analysis: Last season, we saw what Tampa could do at times when their talent is allowed to come out, especially on the defensive side of the ball. QB Jameis Winston offered some promise and will be in his second season. Their firing of Lovie Smith was a bit curious considering his progress, as Dirk Koetter comes in to head this bunch after serving a year as their offensive coordinator. A .500 season looks to be in the cards. Pick: Over.
Tennessee Titans 2016-17 NFL Regular Season Wins

Analysis and Pick: There are some things to like with the Titans. They have a nice QB in Marcus Mariota in his second season, adding some needed weaponry to their offense. The added RB Derrick Henry in the draft, while trading for 2014 leading rusher DeMarco Murray. They would need to double their win total from last season. That could be a stretch, but they're heading in the right direction. Pick: Under.

Washington Redskins 2016-17 NFL Regular Season Wins

Pick and Analysis: The Redskins scored as longshots last season to win the NFC East—a great achievement for this team.
